Operation Eagle's Feather -- Mission Assignments
The following soldiers are assigned to Operation Eagle's Feather:
Captain Cosima Burns - Mission Commander as both an experienced officer and a trained doctor Cpt Burns is the ideal commander for this mission.
1st Lieutenant Brick Stern - Second in Command once in Lieutenant Stern will be assisting with installing the new equipment as well as efforts throughout Pittsburgh to bring manufacturing plants online.
1st Lieutenant Fred Cinders - the UPMC attacks and other incidents mean that the need for cybernetics is extremely high and Doctor Cinders will be invaluable in that capacity.
Staff Sargent Lance Hacker AKA "Binary" - although the computer facilities at Mt Weather are very good, they were never intended to be used for anything beyond disaster relief and SSgt Hacker can do very little within his specialty at Mt. Weather. In Pittsburgh it is hoped he'll assist Lt. Stern with the equipment and factory reactivations.
Technical Sergeant Daniella Padgett - In addition to supporting the communications needs of the mission, Sergeant Padgett will attempt to create a consistent and stable link between Chicago and the key commands in the surviving mid-east coast; Charlotte, Mt. Weather, and most especially NEMA HQ.
Sergeant Phil Lavar - General practitioners with combat training will help fill the gaps in Pittsburgh and Doctor Phil's less military bedside manner made him an obvious choice for the civilian facing roles that will be required.
Private 2nd class Leo Hayden - few of the Mt Weather personnel are trained on the EX-5. Leo pushed himself through training on it in order to be helpful and almost specifically to join this mission as the driver.
