As of today I have instructed Quartermaster Meyers and his staff to review and simplify our rationing program. Partially this is because we're seeing good results with the hydroponics systems, but mostly this is because we are not seeing as many refugees as we feared, or indeed hoped. The quartermasters will release details as they have them and will keep us within some variant of LTSP1, but the mess team has already been directed to prepare and serve our consumable supplies without further delay.
Another improvement in our supply situation has come from Raven Rock. We have now outfitted our surface perimeter with R-670 Rail Guns and PR-476 Plasma cannons. If you have not been trained on at least one of these weapons please see your Sergeant or Lt. Felix to schedule training.
In new contacts, Raven Rock has successfully reached Presidental relocation site 8 AKA Eagle's Nest. Although the President is presumed lost at NORAD other senior members of the administration did evacuate to Eagle's Nest. The most senior surviving member of the US government seems to be CIA Director Brian Allen Manning. While Captain Bishop thinks Director Manning could make a case that this makes him acting President, he is limiting himself to organizing the remaining executive agencies at Eagle's Nest and elsewhere.
