January 7, 2099 -- Rationing LTSP-1K ***ALL PERSONEL PLEASE READ AND SHARE***
Just a reminder, due to the unprecedented nature of the current disaster we have activated the Long Term Shelter Plan. Specifically I have instructed Quartermaster Meyers to implement the 1K variant to preserve our limited supplies against what I expect to be a large influx of refuges over the next few months. I must however ask all of you not only to abide by these very stringent rationing requirements but also to watch for deficiencies in these plans. Unfortunately this plan last received it's 5 year update in 2093 so we are aware there will be many gaps and we must conserve whatever we can, wherever we can.
