Using Missing or Unknown Skills (Revised 4-18-2021)
Previously included in Misc House Rules
All in lieu of normal affinity benefits, IQ bonuses apply.
- Unknown skills with no affinity and no accurate portrayals i.e. surgery -- 0%
- Unknown skills commonly seen, but not known by the character i.e. driving -- Attribute as % situational bonuses halved penalties doubled
- w/ Minor affinity -- 5% situational bonuses halved, penalties normal
- w/ Major Affinity -- 10% bonuses and penalties as normal
